Insync is a leader in integrated experience management, research and consulting. It engaged Digital Thing to redesign its website following a recent brand evolution and to make it easy for the Insync team to manage. The new Insync website needed to significantly improve the user experience and generate leads, while also migrating a huge depository of content from its old CMS. Digital Thing developed an exciting new website that drove a huge increase in leads after launch and automated key marketing and account management tasks.

The solution

With huge amounts of content needing to be migrated, Digital Thing undertook an initial discovery phase to plan the new build in detail. The Insync website was then developed by Digital Thing with a custom-built responsive theme using WordPress, which offered an enhanced user experience across all devices and fast page load times. Digital Thing also integrated several lead generation tools, including ebooks and online assessments to help build the customer database.

The Insync site architecture was completely redeveloped to better handle the enormous amounts of content. To assist the team with managing the website. Digital Thing produced a series of training videos and how-to guides that allowed non-technical staff to easily update the website with new information.


The new website was a key component of Insync’s brand evolution and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from staff and users. The enhanced user experience across all devices, including faster load times and simple navigation, along with the lead generation tools helped drive a huge increase in online leads. Insync also saw improved SEO performance on long-tailed keywords, which increased traffic to the site.

The WordPress CMS implemented by Digital Thing was welcomed by Insync staff and significantly reduced the amount of time spent on order processing and account management. Staff were also pleased with how easy the site was to update and maintain even with the enormous amounts of content. Digital Thing continues to work closely with Insync to maintain the website and enhance its online presence to generate new leads.
