Physio Plus is a leading health care group providing physiotherapy and other health services in locations across Australia. They approached Digital Thing to redevelop their website and make it more user-friendly, along with increase appointment bookings online. Solution
Digital Thing used WordPress page builder Elementor to develop the new Physio Plus website with a simplified design and intuitive user experience. The new website was built with a responsive layout, creating a consistent experience for users across all devices. The new site also allowed the Physio Plus internal team to easily update the website with new information and blog posts, and to automatically display content from their social media feeds.
Digital Thing designed the website to seamlessly integrate with the Physio Plus online booking system. The website now allows users to view available times and make appointment bookings at any Physio Plus clinic location. It also added functionality to allow users to book telehealth appointments through an integration with Nookal.
Outcome
The new Physio Plus website was an instant success, driving growth in online appointment bookings and new patients at their clinics around Australia. The improved user experience and integration with Nookal helped streamline their internal processes and allowed them to easily accept more patients.
The SEO improvements made by Digital Thing propelled Physio Plus to the very top of Google search results, providing a surge in traffic and newsletter sign-ups. Physio Plus continues to work closely with Digital Thing on its digital strategy and developing new ways to enhance its online booking systems and attract new patients.
Solution
The V8 RACE website was designed and developed by Digital Thing with a custom responsive theme using WordPress and WooCommerce. The site incorporates eye-catching video and is optimised for viewing across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Digital Thing integrated a custom WordPress plugin into the new website to talk directly to the booking system (Booking Boss) via API. This enabled real-time bookings through the website where users can see the availability of tickets at each venue around Australia.
Outcome
The new Fastrack V8 RACE website was rolled out by Digital Thing with a live realtime booking system. The redesigned site and use of video helped to increase engagement with the site and attract new customers. The responsive web design and improved user experience across all devices also contributed to an uplift in traffic and engagement.
With the addition of a realtime booking system, Fastrack V8 RACE was able to grow the number of bookings and improve efficiency around ticketing for all its venues in Australia.
