Learning Curve is an educational publisher offering a range of products and resources to Primary and Secondary Schools across Australia. They approached Digital Thing with the challenge of developing a new website that would provide a user-friendly platform for their customers to easily access and order products. The custom-designed WordPress website has driven a substantial increase in traffic along with record-high levels of customer satisfaction from the revamped paid members portal.
Solution
Digital Thing developed a new website for Learning Curve with a Custom WordPress theme to create a visually engaging and responsive platform. The design was centred around Learning Curve’s brand identity and included clear calls to action, easy navigation, and a revamped members portal with a richer, more intuitive experience for schools to access purchased content.
The new website provides a comprehensive overview of Learning Curve’s products, with detailed descriptions, imagery and information, along with embedded video to showcase its Wellbeing Program for schools. Users are now able to make enquiries and book workshops directly through the website, which integrates with Learning Curve’s internal systems. Digital Thing also implemented an email marketing strategy to help Learning Curve better engage with customers and promote new products for schools to order.
Outcome
The new Learning Curve website was a huge success, providing a user-friendly platform for Australian schools to easily access and make orders through. The website’s clear and informative design made the comprehensive catalogue of products easy to navigate and drove a surge in orders from new and existing customers. Enquiries and bookings about workshops also increased as users were able to book directly through the new website.
Learning Curve staff were extremely pleased with the ability to easily update products and add new information to the site themselves. The email marketing strategy implemented by Digital Thing also contributed to the website’s success and helped Learning Curve increase sales with existing customers.
