Little Bellies
Little Bellies makes organic snacks for babies and toddlers. To coincide with its rebranding, Little Bellies engaged Digital Thing to develop its new websites and better engage its global customer base. The sites needed to reflect the values of the brand, provide opportunities for user interaction and be easily manageable for the Little Bellies local marketing teams. Digital Thing rolled out four websites custom designed in WordPress with an integrated customer review system that continues to drive engagement with the brand from customers around the world.
Solution
The Little Bellies website was custom-designed by Digital Thing and built in WordPress with a theme that could be adapted for multiple websites in different countries, including Australia and the USA. To further drive engagement with the sites and build customer loyalty, Digital Thing implemented a review platform tailored for each country.
Animation was used by Digital Thing to bring the Little Bellies characters to life and grow brand affinity with its global customer base. On the back-end, the product database was integrated to enable easy management of products across the different sites and markets where Little Bellies operates.
Outcome
New Little Bellies websites were rolled out across four countries with each website tailored to the in-market audience. The review platform was an immediate success, encouraging large numbers of customers to share their feedback about the brand and its products. The overwhelmingly positive reviews have been highly effective at driving engagement with the website and attracting new customers for Little Bellies products.
The strong SEO performance of the new websites has seen Little Bellies consistently improve its Google rankings and significantly increase the traffic to the website. The Little Bellies team have been extremely pleased with the websites and Digital Thing continues to work closely with them to optimise sites in each market.
