Fermecraft is a global leader in automated brewing solutions for breweries, distilleries and wineries. To coincide with its rebrand, Fermecraft approached Digital Thing to develop a new website that would better showcase its products and generate leads. The website needed to provide an enhanced user experience across all devices and be easy to manage for non-technical staff. Digital Thing created a custom-designed WordPress website that helped drive new leads from brewers in Australia and around the world.
The Fermecraft website was developed by Digital Thing using WordPress page builder Elementor, which simplified the design and user experience of the site across all devices. The website was completely redeveloped to improve the user experience and make it as simple as possible to navigate. The new site also allowed Fermecraft’s internal teams to easily update the website with product showcases, case studies and blog posts – which would help improve their Google page ranking.
Working with Totem Marketing, Digital Thing designed the website specifically to showcase Fermecraft’s brewing solutions and optimise the site for search rankings. Digital Thing also integrated an automated form to capture leads from prospects around the world.
The new website was immediately successful and helped generate new leads for Fermecraft as soon as it launched. The simple design and easy navigation contributed to large increases in time on site and a much-improved user experience. In particular, the ability to showcase Fermecraft videos helped drive a strong uptick in engagement with the website.
The integration of the automated enquiry form allowed Fermecraft to easily capture and follow-up leads from all over the world. The Fermecraft team were also pleased with how easy the site was to update and maintain, especially to add new blog posts and case studies that are a key selling tool for its brewing solutions.
